How I Got the Idea to Write My Blog

You probably wondered (nobody wondered that, it just fit here :D), how I got the idea to write my blog. Well, I just simply wanted to know what I did and when I did it. And what better way to do this, than just making a blog website.

First, I wanted to make a fully custom platform, but that would be too much work (I wanted to make something like WordPress) so I opted to use WordPress instead mainly, because it has a lot of cool plugins to do useful things. And I wanted to have something that works reasonably well, and how I know myself, some of my programs can be a little bit self-breaking. They work when I test them, but instantly after I deploy them, or show them to my friends or family, they magically stop working.

After trying the automatic WordPress installer, on my hosting provider’s website, that always worked flawlessly, today was its unlucky day, because it didn’t work. So I just simply downloaded a copy from WordPress’s website, and uploaded it using a hotspot from my phone (I was at the restaurant while making this website work) and it worked.

So I asked my siblings to pick a pretty theme and after adding some plugins, it worked. And worked very much to my liking. And I really hope it would stay like that. 🙂
